The Race Crew on Easterner will be comprised of handicapped and able-bodied sailors working side by side. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sailors to come together for the first time to compete. Commitments will typically be on weekend regattas from June-October and sailors must be flexible to train and compete.

Race Crew Application: The opportunity to apply for a spot on Easterner’s Program!

Racing crew positions are available for both disabled and able-bodied sailors as the combination is needed to insure safety. These positions are highly advanced and only very experienced sailors should apply. Please provide a one page sailing resume that includes:

- Racing and Cruising History
- Size of Vessels
- Licenses and Training
- Racing Positions
- Accomplishments and Awards

In addition, please provide a summary of how your experiences would contribute to the Easterner Racing Crew. Please elaborate on your personal disabilities and sailing sailing skills. The final race crew is to be determined by SAIL TO PREVAIL. Please submit by May 30, 2009.
